It appears to suggest that Katie Hopkins thinks Ed Miliband has some form of autism.
At worst, it’s offensive. At best, it’s unneccessary.

Just goes to show her ignorance and nothing more. Now ignore her, the more the reaction she gets from the general public, the more she will carry on. That is how far her own intelligence reaches.

If he gets elected, Ed Miliband is going re-make British politics for the better – and 99% of us will be better off than we are now, far better off.
Go Ed – you’re on a rainbow, not a spectrum!

There are an awful lot of us who are “on the spectrum” anyway. I can’t work out what this woman is hoping to achieve. A patronising, sarcastic, vicious tweet, I think.
