BREAKING: How Will The Budget Affect Disabled People?
March 16, 2016
Same Difference is watching the 2016 Budget live and will bring you the announcements that affect disabled people and carers the most, as these break.
- The disability budget will still rise by more than a billion pounds and we will be spending more in real terms supporting disabled people than at any point during the last Labour Government.
- Half a million people with disabilities are losing over a billion pounds in Personal Independence Payments.
- Corbyn: “I simply ask the Chancellor this: If he can finance the giveaways that he’s put in his Budget to different sectors, why can’t he fund the need for dignity for the disabled people of this country?”
Very good question, Mr Corbyn, Sir. Regards, Same Difference.

Mr Corbyn that is a question & many more questions like it that should have been asked by your Labour Party instead of voting with or abstaining over the past few years.
