    I would have gone to the desk and said “I am leaving send me another appointment, any stoppage of benefits will see me claim a large amount of compensation from you and your third party DWP.” I would never turn up 15 minutes early most would be 5 minutes then after 15 minutes I would go to the desk and say what I put above. They have upped the time from 10 minutes to 30 minutes including so they can say the claimant sat for a minimum of 40 minutes without pain, then add the time the assessment takes to say they sat for a lot longer.

    They took my incapacity off me years ago when their doc lied thro his teeth about what happened in my medical. When I tried to appeal it was me arguing with a barrister ? What chance did I have against him. They seem able to do whatever they wish

    Dear God! She should be shot – I can only hope that “things” like her end up like us and have to have WCA’s by the likes of them.
