    the person that carried out this assessment needs to be struck of for serious professional negligence, I would make a complaint to whoever examined him, atos, capita or maximus, asking for the details of which professional body they belong to and the there pin number as it is quite clear just based on what you said in this statement alone that there not fit to practice

    I would tell the DWP you are going for an MR (Mandatory Reconsideration) and will then be asking that the tribunal call this person to answer questions and if they don’t turn up you will demand that they throw out the report as not fit for purpose, if they don’t throw it out they will be classed as an accessory to fraudulent activity by the DWP and the assessor and company.
    I bet no one has ever taken a tribunal to court so it could be fun watching them squirm as the person treats the tribunal as hostile.

    just appeal and go to tribunal see a real doctor not a pen pusher ..so if he has no arms how does he get dressed, washed,who opens the house door to get out
