    They send a route planner, or they used too, for how long the journey should take, this is based on a normal fully fit person, she should claim she followed the route plan and forgot to allow for her disabilities, and that the assessment company didn’t factor in that when they sent the route plan. I am going back over 6 years for this the new Nazi’s may not do a timed plan but just a plan to catch this and that bus and expect the person to work out the times the last assessment I had to go to they wanted me to travel 50 miles each way but I factored in the time it would take me to cover that distance and told them that unless they wanted to conduct an assessment on a train they had better get me a local appointment, this they did.

    That is a disgusting thing to happen to this lady and I hope that she got the help she needs
