TIP
Photocopy your fit note, both sides, then if they say they haven’t received it, email them a photocopy of it and tell them they are been charged £50 for the copy. Tell them they have 14 to 21 days to pay or they are taken to court. They seem so willing to make us pay £50 when they say we haven’t informed them of something that we should have, either calling it error or something similar. But another tip is to put in any paperwork a sheet that says what you are sending them and attach it to either the ESA50 or the fit note itself if your only posting that.
