    They’re all “medically unqualified”.

    Misconduct in Public Office –
    ” It carries a maximum sentence of life imprisonment.”
    “Examples of behaviour that have in the past fallen within the offence include:
    wilful excesses of official authority;
    ‘malicious’ exercises of official authority;
    wilful neglect of a public duty;
    intentional infliction of bodily harm, imprisonment, or other injury upon a person;
    frauds and deceits.”

    How come ‘Fightback’ doesn’t know that?
    Or that using dishonesty/omissions to put someone at risk of a loss is called Fraud?
    And has ‘Fightback’ ever heard of Vulnerable Adult Abuse? No?
    How much crime has ‘Fightback’ reported to the police?

    Here is the link to the ahem.. ‘Evidence Based Medicine (EBM)’ info on medical conditions that dwp abusing fraudsters are *supposed* to be using in their BS quack assessments.

    Hope that helps (It did me).

    If this happened to me I would ask that the DM turn up at the tribunal to answer questions about their ability and experience. The first question would be did you consult with anyone else about the form/report? If they say yes then I would ask for the name of the person and their job title, then ask for a postponement so that they can be called to answer questions. If they won’t postpone then ask both, or more likely the medical person on the panel the questions! Like, “Where did this person qualify from? “What is their field of expertise?” “What do they know about the medical condition (A, name of condition)?” “How many cases have they treated of people with the condition, not including while working for the DWP?” Then ask they explain, from memory, not from notes, the typical symptoms of the condition and how it affects each individual and side effects of any medication prescribed to treat the condition? They will crap themselves, most times they won’t answer the questions but try and find against you. You can also use the BOND SOLON RULE to good effect by simply stating, what extra knowledge does the assessor have that the DOCTOR/MR/PROFESSOR have that diagnosed me that they didn’t have and where did they obtain it? All their answers are based on opinions, that in some cases are no more than lies by the HP who wrote the report in the first place, that’s why no one will turn up to defend the report at a tribunal.

What are you thinking?
