    I suggest you write to the DWP explaining the situation as you have done here, and send a copy to your MP. It may also be worth contacting your MPs contituancy office on the phone explaining your situation. Many MPs are very helpful and able to get things changed that we cannot.

      I would use CEOMAIL to get the head of DWP for ESA and drop them an email along with the MP and assessment company but demand a recording they surely cannot get the equipment in 48 hours. Then change your phone numbers and never put them on forms I, I tell them it’s for friends and family only and they aren’t on the list!
