Same Difference 
i started filling this in. then thought.. why am i bothering? most of it i dont understand/have had no truck with, so far in my life. am too old for it to impact my life at the moment.(not to say it wont one day,who knows?) plus they wont take any notice of what i say anyway. its a seen to be doing something ploy. They’ve no intention of listening to Drs and medical/surgical/ mental health Specialists who have trained for years, most in chosen fields. In the end i just clicked the x to delete the page.

I started filling in this form too. It made too many assumptions, I gave up half way through the personal section. Waste of time and effort, we all know this government won’t take any notice of it anyway.
