    Disgusted is there no compassion or care for others today ? It’s not just the tories kicking them in the teeth 😢😤.clearly being disabled & using a guide dog means nothing compared to a drinks trolley !!!!

    I don’t see the problem. There’s no suggestion that Ms. Brown was ordered or compelled to move the dog, or that the dog was moved forcibly. “Excuse me miss, can I get my trolley past” seems quite reasonable.

      the member of staff wanted to leave the trolley where the guide dog was. dog and owner would have had to move, the train was moving. how was Miss Brown to have her dog move away yet stay with her. therefore staff member was unreasonable
