Wish recordings of tribunals had been around in 2008 because I would of had it on record that the GP on the panel clearly asked me “IF I COULD DO IT NOW!” 7 months after the assessment and my foul mouthed reply to the GP. If they record there is nothing to stop you going in and recording yourself IMHO, they record, you record.

You are not a ‘Public Authority’ so you are not regulated by RIPA (regulation of investigatory powers act).
And because you are recording it, you OWN the recording (Copyright).
If some Official/Employed scumbags record you… get you to sign a ‘release’ form BUT don’t tell you about Copyright then that’s Fraud.
