It comes as no surprise. The only consistent objective of ATOS is to fail claimants. It would be a surprise if they actually believe that the claimant has incontinence and needs help to cope with these major accidents. I was told I needed no help with double incontinence as I was able to use a crutch and on no significant pain medication, what the latter has to do with incontinence is beyond me, but obviously controlled drugs and 2 other pain meds do not counr. No doubt ATOS complaints process will support the assessor.
