Just back from my daughter's DWP health assessment. The nurse's first question to Sarah was 'How long have you had Down's syndrome?' Not sure if it was a trick question but just in case I stepped in , 'She caught it on the bus last week…' @DSAInfo

This story appears every so often I’m not sure that any qualified person would ask that question deliberately it seems more like asking the question on the idiot sheet about how long the condition has been suffered after doing so many assessments it just comes as rote.
