    The winners are ATOS and CAPITA paid millions to fail disabled people. If those with physical disabilities did not have depression before the assessment they usually do after the brown envelope arrives with the lies and assumptions made. Where was a consultation on the planned changes to PIP? What Equality, what human rights? They want us to work but take away our means of getting there, as cars, electric wheelchairs and support to travel are taken away. Even the changes to Taxis under the Equality Act will not help us as many areas do not have any wheelchair accessible ones. The Government appears to be excluding most disabled people from PiP The information received about how I scored points indicated the assessors and decession makers appear to already be following the new policy. Even ability to deal with severe faecal incontinence seems to be a joke, you have to be taking significant pain medication! and ability to drive rules out any hope of points for help, a crutch can apparently wipe one’s bum.
    Those with multiple physical disabilities are also failing PIP, or not being awarded it at the correct level. Who is getting the billions extra they claim is being paid out?

    So what do they class as really disabled ?
    After brexit there won’t be equality or human rights. The government will hold all the power & won’t have to answer to the EU.
    That is what I find scary!
