    I bet this is just a smokescreen until they find a way round the incident to continue their usual harrassment of benefit claimants I am not over the flooding that happened here in December 2015, every time the river starts to rise it makes me wonder if they are going to lift the barrier again like they did in 2015!

      whatever the reason wildthing666 they shouldnt need telling to do this.compassion should over-ride all that. mind you they shouldnt have been telling them to do any of the things theyve been guilty of doing for the past years.lost count now.is it 6 or 7?
